It is a natural, non-invasive, holistic approach that has the intention of promoting self-healing, to bring a sense of well-being and peace to the client.

Energy work can be done with the client laying on a massage table or sitting in a chair.
Healing can also be done remotely, which is known as ‘distant healing’.
